Yoga is like a therapy to me. Whenever I feel exhausted from doing too much work, I like to go to yoga classes to free up my mind. I like the feeling of meditating and allowing my mind and body to be at peace because everything is so tiring these days. I have tons of jobs and I always find myself so stressed out from doing everything. Yoga was able to help me to relax and really take my mind off of the stress I am experiencing.
