Madeleines first meeting with yoga was in 2008, the feeling after that first class was unshakeable and she continued practicing yoga after that. After a painful experience with Ashtanga yoga she quit yoga for some years. In 2013 she fell in love in the more meditative slower forms of yoga and again started practicing, feeling the huge effect it had on both the mind as well as the physical body she continued practicing and tried many different styles of yoga. In 2014 she attended several trainings with John Bentham who teached about buddhism and how to practice ‘pain free’ yoga, . She now teaches classes at Eight Treasures Yoga and SatsElixia. In 2017 she attended a Yin Yoga 50RYT and will, in March 2018, be finished with her Pre- and Postnatal Yoga teacher training at Belly & Baby Yoga. Madeleine has experienced how yoga can truly transform you and your life. She truly wish that everyone could have a taste of the magical benefits of yoga. In her classes she focuses a lot on mindfulness, and to develop awareness of your breath and still the mind a bit as we flow or stay still in the poses.
