Mother and Baby Yoga
Welcome to Mother and Baby Yoga in Eight Treasures! In this class we will stretch and move, sing and connect with our little ones! We will focus on developing our connection to the core and pelvic floor muscles again after pregnancy. Also we will relax and have some time in the hectic life that is motherhood to reconnect with ourself and our breath again. We will soften our shoulders and necks that might be stiff after hours of nursing (or bottle feeding) and carrying. We will strengthen our backs, arms and legs to be strong and fierce mothers able to carry our babies for the coming years. This is a space where everything is okay, diaper changes, nursing, crying and sleeping(baby or mother:). There will also some information about carrying your baby in a sling or ergonomic baby carrier and if you want tips or points you are welcome to bring yours, or i will bring the ones i have.
