These are crucial abilities to maintain in order to continue to enjoy a beautiful quality of life as we age. Senior Yoga at Eight Treasures Yoga has been specifically designed to support the development of all four of these factors. One of the most important factors in supporting a new habit for healthy living is the possibility of joining with other people who are cultivating the same habit. Summer Intensive Training Course is from July 1 to 8, 2016. Possibility to take the asana and philosophy portions separately.
