Vilde is a teacher with different yoga styles under her belt.
She has trainings in: Shivananda Yoga and Yogic arts level 1. John Bentham “No hands vinyasa” level 1 and 2. and courses in prenatal, partner, yoga massage and yin yoga.

Starting with a Vinyasa (warm up sequence), Asana (Reconditioning positions) and then Savasana (Restoring/relaxation meditation)
This is built up the same way as the flow yoga sequence but adjusted/suited for pregnancy. It is a dynamic sequence to support and prepare the body before, during and after birth.
We build up heat and get into some deep healing positions before getting into a good relaxation. To get your energy going throughout the day. It is built up like the flow sequence but shorter to suit your Lunch break!
